No, I Didn't Fall Off The Face Of The Planet.

I've just been extremely busy. As you may or may not know, this past week was show week for Seussical. And it was a completely  a m a z i n g  week. I could ramble on this in numerous paragraphs, but frankly, I don't have time at the moment. However, I'll give you a few highlights of my blogging dry spell...

> Performing on [a real] stage for the first time in my life! <

> winning the greenroom award<

> seeing many, many friends and family members at all seven of my shows!<

> Meeting new and wonderful people <

> making plans and having a reserved theater for the midnight premier of The Hunger Games! (Thanks, Mrs. R.!<

> Getting asked to do someone's senior pictures! Woot! Woot! (I'm a little nervous, but I bet it'll go ok) <

> hanging out with younger kids before, after, and during show <

> singing new worship songs before show <

> finishing this watercolor (it could be better, but I'm satisfied with it.)<

> having warm enough weather to wear shorts <

> [today] a 3 mile run, a cool shower, and now peach+blackberry crisp and a Fringe. (all of this= perfection)<

That's all for now. Just wanted to let you know I was alive. :)

Love and a hug,

  1. reserved theater for the hunger games? I HATE YOU. you and josh hutcherson are now the cause for my hunger games frustration. gr. {i love you but seriously this is so not fair.}

  3. that watercolor is amazing! reserved?! *frustrated scream* i probably won't see it for weeks, or until it's out on dvd. so, congrats... but gr. wish i could've seen you onstage! that pink drink looks yummalicious. and those fruit shots are cool, too. okay, done rambling.

  4. Wow, your art is amazing! I love the photos too, bo doubt your photo shoot will go wonderfully. :)

  5. aww, this was lovely! that painting is amazing! Seriously. :)) THAT IS SO EXCITING ABOUT THE SENIOR PICTURES! :)))))) I can't wait to hear about it! :))))See you at class?

  6. So glad you are still alive. I would miss you. :)

That is cool that you get to take someone's senior pictures!! I hope you post some of them!! You will do great!!

p.s. cool pictures by the way.

  7. I feel so honored to be (in a way) related to this post. Not only is my sister the one you're doing senior pictures for, but I will also being seeing you at the Hunger Games showing. haha. Also, I've never seen an actually good piece of art made with water colors. I just remember using those in elementary school and would get soooo frustrated when the colors mixed and what was supposed to be red comes out looking more like a brown. Sweet post though! I'm sure the English teachers at my school would be impressed with your writing, and if you were in their class, you'd probs get an A. Actually, more like an A+.

lovely comments!
